As you might have guessed, our other big passion is gin. We searched the African continent for botanicals that haven't been used in gin-making before; Devil's Claw, Lion's Tail and Buchu are just part of this rare mix. Using atrisian methods, we then combine these with other hand-selected botanicals like fresh apples, ginger and pimento berries, and add locally-sourced spring water to produce the gin. The result? An award-winning London Dry Gin with a distinct nose and strikingly smooth taste. |
